You must be at least 13 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction).

If under 18, use must be under supervision of a guardian.

You agree not to:

• Violate laws
• Generate harmful or explicit content
• Infringe intellectual property

Your use of UltraPix is subject to our Privacy Policy. We use tools such as Microsoft Clarity (to understand how the site and app are used, including session insights like replays and taps) and Sentry (to diagnose crashes and errors)—always in line with that Policy. We do not sell your personal information ; those services exist to keep the product stable and easier to use. Where they apply, you accept the processing described in the Privacy Policy, including work done by those providers on our instructions.

Use of AI features is also governed by our AI Content & Usage Policy.

Outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before sharing or publishing them and for how you use them—including compliance with laws and third-party platforms. Full rules (including misuse, moderation, and your responsibilities) are in our AI Content & Usage Policy.

You retain ownership.

You grant us a limited license to process it.

Not used for AI training.

Paid features and subscriptions are sold and processed by third-party platforms—primarily the Apple App Store and Google Play—including billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellations, subject to their terms and your account settings. We do not process or store your full card details.

We use RevenueCat to validate subscriptions and entitlements across devices, and to send purchase-related events to our systems so we can provide access. Subscription status is mirrored in your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Included subscription credits (the credit allowance that comes with your current subscription tier) are not cash, are not redeemable for money, and are granted for use in the Service only. When your subscription renews, when you change plans, or when you restore purchases and we sync your account with the store, your included subscription credit balance is typically set to the allowance for your then-current plan—so unused included credits from a prior period or plan do not accrue as a cash balance, unless we state otherwise in the app. Purchased add-on or top-up credit packs, where offered, are accounted for separately and are not the same as included subscription credits.

Use of the Service after a subscription change, renewal, or restore constitutes acceptance of the updated credit and plan state shown in your account. Refunds of subscription fees, if any, are governed by the app store; we do not refund included credits as money when you change or cancel a plan, except where required by applicable law.

Subscriptions may auto-renew until you cancel in the store.

We may change subscription prices, add-on pack pricing, per-feature credit costs, and included credit allotments at any time. Store-listed prices apply at purchase; in-app credit rules and allowances shown in the Service apply when you use a feature. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Provided "as is" and "as available".

We may:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue services
• Change features anytime

We are not liable for interruptions.

We may:

• Remove content
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Act without prior notice when we reasonably believe there is illegal content, fraud, abuse of the Service, a serious safety risk, or a material breach of these Terms—or when the law requires it; otherwise we may provide notice beforehand where reasonably practicable and permitted by law

We are not liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Loss of data or profits
• AI-generated content issues
• Service downtime

All warranties are disclaimed.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use.
