This Policy governs your use of AI features in UltraPix.
1. Acceptable Use
Use the Service lawfully and responsibly.
2. Prohibited Content
You must NOT create or upload:
- Illegal or harmful content
- Pornographic or explicit material
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content sexualizing minors
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes, or synthetic media depicting real persons
- Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Content designed to mislead, impersonate, or deceive
- Attempts to bypass, manipulate, or exploit AI safety systems (including prompt injection or misuse intended to circumvent safeguards)
3. Moderation & Enforcement
We use automated and/or manual measures to detect and prevent violations.
We may:
- Remove content
- Restrict or terminate accounts
- Take action without prior notice when reasonably necessary—for example illegal material, imminent harm, serious abuse, or systemic attempts to circumvent safety—with prior notice elsewhere when reasonably practicable and permitted by law
We are not obligated to monitor all content but reserve the right to do so.
4. Reporting Violations
Users can report violations:
We review reports and take appropriate action.
5. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, biased, or unexpected. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of outputs.
You are responsible for:
- Reviewing AI outputs before sharing or publishing
- Ensuring outputs comply with this Policy and applicable laws
- Obtaining necessary rights or permissions for any content you use as input
- Any consequences of sharing or distributing AI-generated content
6. Model improvement & free-tier data
To keep UltraPix improving, we may use certain generation data for internal research, evaluation, and training of our AI systems and features.
Free / starter plan: If you generate content while on the free or starter plan (including using starter credits), you agree that we may use that content—including prompts, outputs, and related metadata such as feature type, model settings, and timestamps—for those improvement purposes, subject to this Policy and our Privacy Policy.
Paid subscriptions: We do not use generations made during an active paid subscription to train our own AI models. They are processed only to provide the Service.
We do not use prohibited content (Section 2) for model training.
Continued use of free-tier AI features after we publish updates to this Policy constitutes acceptance of these terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Availability, models & third-party providers
AI features depend on third-party models and infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a fixed model lineup, or identical output quality over time.
We may, and third-party providers may:
- Add, replace, limit, or remove models and capabilities
- Discontinue or retire models with or without advance notice
- Change pricing, rate limits, safety filters, or technical requirements we rely on
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service when providers change or stop offering a model
When a model is unavailable, we may route your request to another model, adjust feature options, or temporarily disable a feature. We are not liable for failures, delays, or quality differences caused by provider changes or outages beyond our reasonable control.
8. Updates
We may update this Policy at any time.
